We are a professional glass bottle manufacturer with our own factory located in Rongchang, Chongqing, China. Our state-of-the-art production facilities and skilled team ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions for clients worldwide.

Q2. Do you support custom designs?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM services. From mold development to mass production, our in-house engineering team handles all stages. Provide your design drafts or share your requirements (e.g., capacity, shape, usage), and we’ll deliver tailored solutions.

Q3. Can you provide samples?

Standard samples: Free of charge (client covers shipping).

Custom samples: A nominal fee applies, refundable upon reaching a specified order quantity.
Ships via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Use your courier account or pay via PayPal.

Q4. Can you fulfill requests for products not listed in your catalog?
Absolutely. Our factory specializes in glass bottles for pharmaceuticals, perfumes, cosmetics, food & beverage, and more. Share your specifications (material, capacity, finishing techniques), and we’ll develop a solution.

Q5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 5,000–10,000 pieces, depending on design complexity. We welcome trial orders to showcase our quality and service.

Q6. What is the lead time for samples?

Standard samples: 1–3 business days.

Custom samples: 5–10 business days (includes mold adjustments, printing, etc.).

Q7. How long is the production lead time?
15–25 business days after design confirmation and deposit. Our factory’s streamlined production lines ensure timely delivery, even for large orders.

Q8. How do you handle color and surface finishing?

Pantone color matching with precision.

Surface treatments: Frosting, silk-screen printing, gold/silver plating, etc. 

Q9. What are your payment terms?

T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance before shipment.

Full payment in one transaction is recommended to minimize bank fees.

Q10. How do I place an order?
Email/fax your requirements, including product specs, shipping details, and contact information. We’ll issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for confirmation.

Q11. What shipping methods do you offer?

Small orders: Express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Bulk orders: Sea/air freight, or per your instructions.

Q12. What quality control measures do you have?
Our factory adheres to strict ISO-certified quality standards. Every batch undergoes rigorous inspections for defects, dimensions, and durability.
